A friend purchased an Airport Express from the Apple online store, it has since (like his previous one!) died. He tried to return it at a local Apple store and was told he couldn't! is this right? Is it normal?
I've heard of many others who take their broken iphone to a store to get it replaced with no quibbles. Are iphones different?

Brilliant, at least he is covered by the applecare he purchased with his mac. Surprised at not being able to take it to a store though!
