I find myself of mostly using ImageWell to make smaller versions of my images xtralean.com/IWOverview.html but I also have in my application folder SmallImage2: www.iconus.ch/fabien/smallimage2/ As the site mentions: "SmallImage is a simple and efficient tool to batch process JPEG files, resize them, recompress them, remove embedded profiles and make them ready for the web or store them efficiently. SmallImage also lets you retreive informations about your JPEG files, like the compression factor, the size of each metadata, the EXIF informations, and so on". Do people have other apps they use for resizing their images?

I'd do it the geek way - fire up Matlab and do:
dlist = dir('*.jpg'); for k = 1:length(dlist) imwrite(imresize(imread(dlist(k).name), [sizeY, sizeX], 'bicubic'), dlist(k).name, 'jpg', 'Quality', 100); end
