I've just discovered Printopia - it lets you print from any Airprint enabled iPhone or iPad (ie running iOS 4.2) to any printer on your Mac - or even, as in my case, on your network. Just install the preference pane on a convenient Mac, then any iOS app which is Airprint enabled will be able to print. There is even a demo version so you can try it before you buy. So far, I've found Pages and WritePad do print, but can't seem to find a print option in Sketchbook Pro. Another rave review here

Oh, that's really good. There is a dodgy hack that enables you to print on your mac printers, but this makes it so much easier. Tested it with evernote and goodreader. So easy - you can even "print" to dropbox when you have that installed on the mac!
