Hi
Has anyone had their iPad glass replaced? I have managed to crack mine and there are a few places I found where I can send it to be replaced for around £150 but its difficult to make a decision on where to send it without knowing anything about any of the companies. Obviously I want to make sure I get it back again ;-)
Can anyone recommend anywhere?
Cheers
Mark

It was a little phone place on Tottenham Court Road - somewhere near, and opposite to the Northumberland Arms. From Google maps it looks like it may be Fonehouse, though I can't be sure. Screen repair was £100 for iPad £80 for iPhone. He certainly got it back!

Not sure if that helps, with you being in Hungerford, but may give you an idea of relative prices.

Update. The place is mentioned above is NOT recommended. Apparently they used glue that is not approved. And made a bit of a mess of it.

I took it into an apple store in the end. Certainly not the cheapest repair at £250 but I walked in and walked out 15 mins later with a replacement iPad.
