I just opened a savings account with The AA and am not so impressed with their online system. It works with Safari, so it's not too bad, but I can't remember the answers to my memorable questions. Halifax ask things like your Father's name, your town of birth and so on, all of which I can remember. The AA decide to ask about my hero, my favourite film and so on. These answers cannot be changed later, so what if I change my mind? All seems a bit silly to me. I'm not complaining with 3.59% interest, unlimited withdrawals and no balance limit Peter.

So your pass phrase is "Forum Cat"? Haha, it could be for all I know! I've resorted to sticking them on my computer screen, because I simply cannot remember the answers to these ridiculous questions. I telephoned The AA to have a moan, but they were less than sympathetic about my memory problems. Peter.
