Make a contact (perhaps First Name iPhone, Last Name Dictionary so you remember) and put in company field all the words you don't want auto-corrected.
Thanks to tweet from @goobimama of Smoking Apples. I think it is daft that we have to go to such lengths, but fab that there is a work around.
