I should remember how to do this.
But I can't…
I have a lot of Safari bookmarks on my main Mac. I have an iBook that I would like to have the same bookmarks on. Any idea how I should can copy them across in one go?

The bookmarks are stored in ~/Library/Safari - just copy the file(s) from the main mac to the same location on the other machine. If you want to merge the bookmarks between the two machines, I use Unison (not the newsreader from Panic) to keep my desktop and laptops in sync.
