Any will do. However I have a great fondness for those that have a top mounted access point. My own favourite is a Belkin. I don't think that they make it now, but this is what it looks like. It was made for the original iPod shuffle if you can remember that. The iMac does not have an easy access point for USB "keyring" drives. This little jobbie makes up for that. Mr Cat

That is what I'm finding.
It really does 'just work' though!! I thought I'd have real trouble with an external sound card but I went into sounds and there it was. Easy!

Me, I like the look of this and you can take advantage of firewire too: www.iogear.com/product/GUH420/EXCEPT on searching I find there are no UK resellers - that's SO annoying.

Unfortunately, you will NEVER have sufficient USB ports - so get one of these 7 port hub - if you can possibly wait, they'll appear on offer for about £10 less soon.

I'll check in maplins tomorrow if i get the time to pop in.
Next question. Every time I plug my iphone in iphoto opens even if I have not taken any new pics. Is there a way to stop this?
As always, thanks
