Hi
Can't connect my Ipod Touch 2g to my home wireless connection. I think this is some kind of bug, but I was wondering whether any other British Mac users may have encountered the same problem. My Macbook connects fine but when I try to connect using my newest toy I just get a message saying the Ipod Touch is unable to join.
I've tried resetting the network settings on the Ipod and switching the WEP, which I gather is insecure. None of these worked.
Has anyone any ideas apart from waiting for a new software update for the Touch? It's currently running 2.1.1. I'm connecting using Orange Wireless and a Siemens Router.
I'm not much of a techie so if anyone does have any answers can you explain them to me like I'm a two year old?

Hooray
Apple fixed this at long last through a software upgrade. It now works fine and I don't have to hang around McDonalds for free wifi.
