When I set up my new Macbook I got a cool little intro movie that described lots of OS X's features set to a jaunty tune. I think it must be standard on 10.5 fitted Macs. I liked the music and I was wondering if I can watch it again. Is it hidden away on my hard drive anywhere? Oh by the way, it's on Youtube uk.youtube.com/watch?v=rDPKHs0Li5c

It's long-winded, so bear with me … Your HDD > System > Library > Core Services > Setup Assistant. Control Click on Setup Assistant and select Show Package Contents. From there go to Resources > TransitionSection.bundle. Control click on TransitionSection.bundle and select Show Package Contents. From there, Contents > Resources > intro.mov & intro-sound.mp3 are both contained in there.
Have fun. (8+)

I like the fact the mp3 is Rev1a Thanks for that Mark. I always sort of thought the intro movie thing was a once-only never-to-be-seen-again event. My dreams are dashed.

Yeah, I was wondering if you could get to that, I thought it was quite cool. Better than the welcome I got on windows lol!

Wow, Just pieced that together in iMovie, and I remember when I got my mac out, plugged it in and turned it on, that I was so impressed by that video, practically drooling over the graphics!!
