Hi folks,
My wife's email boxes in Mail are approaching the 2Gb limit. I've been looking for a solution to archive and have mails easily accessible and searchable. MailSteward looks good but wanted to know if anyone had any advice in this area?
Thanks in advance as always.

Mailsteward is a good solution. I used it a couple of years ago, but found that once I moved over to Gmail I didn't need it any more. Set Gmail to use iMap and all your email is stored on Google's servers, not your local machine. Set up a few folders (or labels as Google call them) and Bob, as they say, is your uncle. You can even set up filters to add labels automatically, so that mail is filtered as it comes in. The storage limit is 7Gb, I think. I've never come near it.

Thanks M Stomps - since i don't trust the 'do no evil empire' it looks like MailSteward will be the way to go… thanks for the update
