Just recently bought an Elgato Netstream DTT which is ace. This doesnt plugin to your Mac, instead it plugs into your network ( router ) and TV aerial and then serves out TWO digital TV channels to devices on your network ( Mac, PC, iPhone or iPad ). You can have two different programmes on two devices or you can record one programme whilst you watch another.
The Mac software used is EyeTV which is very slick ( not tried the Windows version ) and the iPad/iPhone app ( Universal ) is only a couple of quid ( compared to £18 for the Slingplayer app that I had before ).
The Netstream itself is a small metal box a little smaller than an Airport Extreme and costs around £150 ( if you shop around ).
All in all I am well impressed and would recommend to anyone.
Cheers

I got a hauppauge hvr-900H for about £30, which works with pc...it also works with 'the tube' for (approx) £10 license. It works with analogue and digital, it also has an RGB in lead provided. It also works as a PVR if required.
