2. 4oD. There have been, at least twice, attempts to get a combined bbc, itv, 4, 5, etc online/download service going. (project Kangaroo a few years ago). More recently something else, which got renamed, but I can't remember either one!

3. Sandy Bridge. Intel's recent microarchitectures (like Nehalem) are named after locations, or rivers or something. Sandy Bridge is an exception I think. My memory a bit vague on this at the moment.

4. Plotting the iOS geolocation tracking on a map. I tried the OS X app - it's available as a download and works great. Very interesting. My iPhone backups are encrypted so it can't read those too. Storm in a teacup.
