I have one of these at home, and occasionally my iMac loses connection to it on WiFi. The signal disappears as if the router was unplugged/turned off but when I check it's functioning correctly.
It seems it's only my iMac that does this, as the other Windows PCs in the house don't disconnect randomly. I have checked SU, as well as checking the Home Hub's firmware and both are up to date. The only remedy for the connection is to disable Airport, wait about a minute then turn it on again and it sees the signal and connects again.
Has anyone else had this? It's not a massive issue, and I'll be moving out soon but I'd like to know anyway. Thanks!

Use iStumbler to check out neighbouring WiFi networks. My guess is that a neighbour will be on the same channel and is interfering with your network. If you are a bit further from the router, you will suffer more than others in the house. Don't know anything about BT Home Hub, but the answer is to change your channel. Btw - if you hold down the alt key and click on the Airport icon on the Menu Bar, it expands the menu to give you technical info about your own network. Might be some clues in there too.
