Not been to the cinema for a while. I think the last time was for the Avengers Assemble. Good film but sadly saw it in 3D Anyone seen a decent film of late?

Yes. Thoroughly recommend 'The Pianist' not a barrel of laughs but thought provoking and a very well made film. Based on a real-life memoir and depicting relatively recent events.
Watched it via LoveFilm streamed to smart TV. Our poor cat had a fright due to very realistic explosions right at the beginning - so cats be warned!!

Total Recall was a fairly good re-make it's a very different story but still has a couple of nods to the original. Since the movies are based on a short story it leaves quite a lot of interpretation to pad it out into a feature length film which account for the differences.
Off to see Skyfall next week as well. Bond rarely disappoints

Just re watched "The Piano".
Romantic, erotic, artistic, brilliant.
