Yet another entertaining show! Will, haven't been in touch lately, but have always been listening and am glad your back regularly. Suggestion? In the lyrics section on the iTunes metadata, you ought to put in your music track list as well as quotes. That way, as we are listening to the iPod, we can quickly look down and see what song might be playing, since you always have brilliant tracks to accompany your great oratory masterpiece! Also, with the quotes, I loved the booze quote in the beginning. I couldn't place it though. Wasn't Gene Wilder, was it? Wayne in Vermont

I have just caught the show.
Fantastic intro that made me laugh out loud. It amazes the amount of effort that you keep putting in. Week after week.

Please, please, please post-process the Desert Island spot audio each week as you did a sample of in this show.
A friend and I were discussing his audio while we were listening to the show a few days ago before you got to that point wondering if it was just a crap source or whether you post-processed it to sound as though it was coming through a tinny short-wave connection.
It turns out that it's actually a rubbish microphone but when post-processed through Audacity it's actually listen-to-able which it isn't normally!

The waitress has just brought me another pint of Guinness here in The Pussy Cat club plus a bag of KP Dry Roasted peanuts (as an aside I think one of the finest pub snacks to go with a pint is Mini-Chedders, but that doesn't come close to when the fish man comes round. I think an new thread on favourite pub snacks wouldn't do a miss on this forum!)
Many thanks for your kind words about the intro section of the podcast, I try hard to make the opener to be 'feel good' and fun and hopefully set the tone for the rest of the podcast.
Keith - good point, I'll run the wonderful Gav's phonograms from the Desert Island through a little post caressing.
Lovely to see you on the forum Wayne!
I'm going quickly research which iphone piano intro that was and post back. I can't do it as I type as my battery is showing red and the 'Calculating' message which is never good news!!
BM 76 out Tuesday!
