I would love this to be put in the next podcast as this fantastic app is free, works with the Apple remote, and if your mac is connected to your telly, it really is fab. A full featured app that allows you to play or stream your media from pretty much anywhere, any mac or PC on your network, or NAS drive. plexapp.comI'm going to e-mail this to Will as well to see if he can include it... Here's some video showing the new Mac Mini being hooked up to use Plex, and another one showing it in more detail, with the first section showing the standard Mac App and then Plex (turn the awful music down on this one!!!: There's loads on the net about it, I've just ordered a Male DVI to female HDMI connector to plug the wife's MacBook Pro into my telly, which supports 1080p, so I'm going to use Plex with this. Thoughts???

As it cannot play DRM purchased TV shows and movies from iTunes, it has limited use for me. I do like the streaming content (including the optional MLB.TV plugin that means I no longer need to sign in to watch the live games).
