Guess who got his first iPhone today. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Well done Mr Cat! I've been surprised with my iPhone again today. I purchased '4track' which is, surprise surprise, a 4 track recorder. It's pretty neat!

It's pretty neat! I remember some podcast or other reviewing 4track. IIRC it got rave reviews. I am looking for a gadget that will take an external XLR mic and convert it to a dock connector. That would be really useful.

I'm also less likely to use the shortcuts because I have my keyboard on a drawer under the desk where the mouse is. This means that I have to have a USB hub from the back of the compute to the desktop, on port on the mouse, one port on the keyboard. If I ever get a fully flat desk I will probably end up using shortcuts.
And also, Cat, I always had my Windows to double click, so I'd click a file once then tap delete.

The Apple Remote for iTunes is pretty dam cool. Sat on the couch using the phone to control music and video on the computer is really nice. Anything stored in iTunes can be displayed on the phone and then played on the main computer through my sound system. I am tempted to put all of my video into iTunes on the strength of this app.
