I figured I would ask here, I have asked every where else. After the 10.4.9 update, Garage band's enhanced podcast function stopped working. In GB it works, but when exporting to iweb and then to itunes, it shows up just as a regular podcast. I have made enhanced versions before so I know it did work. I have searched everwhere and posted on Apple forums with no answer. I saw that I am not the only person having this issue. Any help would be great. Oh yea, I've reinstalled GB and deleted .plst and pref files.
This is my first Macbook 2gig ,Intel. It is the greatest thing since sliced bread! ;D
Great show

I know there's been quite a few problems caused by 10.4.9.
What happens if you install 10.4.9 combo update?
Maybe someone has come across the problem and knows a specific solution.
If you backed up before the installation (which is always advised), one solution would be to go back to 10.4.8 and install your backup there.
(You can also try an Archive & Install from your Tiger disc and then get yourself up to 10.4.8, or if brave, use the combo update of 10.4.9 and see if the issue repeats itself).

Thank you for the quick response. I will try this later. Unfortunately, I did not buy a back up usb drive and Super-Duper until after the update. But, now I know this.
Update, I saved my enhanced test episode to disk and then manually added the pod-cast into iWeb. This worked great, I tested it with iTunes and the iPod payed it. It seems the problem is where Garageband sends the pod-cast to iWeb. I have checked all the settings in both programs and all looks ok. So, I have the enhanced part working , but not the way it used to. My Macbook at this point is running perfect so I think I will quit while I am ahead.
Thanks again.
